It is located to the South of the Central Florida area, about a 2 hour drive from Orlando, but an amazing trip.
If you have the opportunity to spend a few days here, do not hesitate. The place is great.
The beach area has several restaurants and shops. Easy to walk if you stay in one of the hotels around it. Gloria Estefan even has a hotel there!
The beach is gorgeous. Crystal clear water, good temperature and although it may be a bit wavy, they are not as strong as in Daytona Beach or beaches closer to Orlando.
